Signing up and going through KYC/KYB verifications is a matter of minutes. In some circumstances, our financial partner Bridge.xyz and its verification provider Personae might require additional verification that can delay the completion of the verification by a few hours.
In order to pay a project or an individual on StringPay, you must first deposit money from your bank account to your StringPay wallet, which might take from few minutes (wires) to few days (ACHs)
Receiving money is immediate, even though withdrawing it from your StringPay wallet to your bank account might take from few minutes (wires) to few days (ACHs)
After successfully verifying your profile (KYC for individuals, KYB for businesses), you will be able to use the "deposit" and "withdraw" features of the StringPay application, with either ACH or wires from/to your bank account. (Credit card support coming soon)
